How do you sell private lenders on being in a junior lien position if you needed to bring in additional funding? (Most want 1st position for security). Can you structure an LP and issue % shares to each investor based on there allocation placement?!?

@Keith Goforth | AI Media IQ we offer a higher percentage rate for junior lien positions. In general, we offer 8% to 1st position and 10% to 2nd, etc.
