One owner, who was a hoarder, died intestate in Aurora, NC. The property was built in 1900, is within walking distance to the river, and the taxes are current. The other owner passed away and left five properties, including two vacant lots, but the heirs cannot find their will. The property taxes are behind on four of the properties totaling about $20,000.00 Are any private lenders available to lend in this situation?
