20:26 And I'm assuming those of you that don't have a challenge have millions of dollars in private money because there's no challenges, right? Isn't that how it works? You may have millions. You still have millions. Who has millions? Raise your hand up high so everyone can see. There we go. We got a couple people. But you guys are mastermind students. No, the rest of you, what's going on? What's the challenge? We're not raising as much money as we want.
29:48 And so we recommend different places, like service organizations, like the Rotary, or B&Is, or Chamber of Commerce, or your church group, or any local group that you can be a part of and really engage in and meet some of those people in there and share your story, share what you're doing. And so it's about meeting new people and then sharing that opportunity, like I said, five times a day, five days a week.
37:41 I've learned that there's always gonna be fear and courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is when you feel the fear and do it anyway. In fact, I had a lady who coined that phrase, I forget her name, but it was on my desk at the railroad when I was looking into real estate and stuff like that. And I read that every day, feel the fear and do it anyway. When I was thinking about quitting my job, because that's very, very intimidating to leave your quote unquote secure nine to five to go do full time real estate.
44:38 Well, you'll find is that if you go down a certain path, and this happens for a lot of people who start business and also become successful, you'll find that once you're pursuing a journey and you're going down a path, you're naturally gonna run into people who you resonate with, who you are attracted to, or who are attracted to you more, and you're naturally gonna spend more time with those kind of people. So, and that's true with anything, right?
47:56 And that's a true story is that, you know, the person that that story is based off of, by the way, ended up becoming a successful insurance agent. And if you read his story, he's like, I'll never stop three feet from anything ever again, because he was three feet from the gold and he lost it because he gave up. So read that book three feet from the gold.
59:15 And the more people that you help, the more successful you'll be. One of my all-time favorite quotes is by the great Zig Ziglar that said, help enough people get what they want, and you'll get what you want.
